We had the most amazing stay with Aravind’s family. The beautiful Kerylan style home was exactly as it was described, set in stunning surroundings. Our rooms were comfortable and specious, we had everything that we needed. Each day we were served delicious food, and were made to feel at home from the word go. Our hosts were very knowledgable about the local area, they suggested sights to visit and arranged transport for us, we even had the opportunity to participate in local festival activities. We will never forgot our stay here, and cannot thank Aravind and his family enough for their kindness and hospitality. I would highly recommend this home stay to anybody visiting Keryla and wishing to stay in a more rural setting close to the Ponmudi Hill Station and Waterfalls at Meenmutty.

I spent a night at Vaanavil Farm Stay with Sudhakar and his lovely family, and it turned out to be an experience far beyond my expectations. This family-run retreat, nestled right next to the forest, felt more like visiting close friends than staying at a guesthouse. Sudhakar, his wife Naushadya, and their daughter Vanya were incredibly warm and welcoming to my family. My child had an absolute blast—playing with their daughter, cuddling their friendly dog and adorable puppies, feeding cows and chickens, and exploring the vibrant organic farm. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the food—home-cooked meals prepared by Naushadya that were simply delicious. At first, we were a bit surprised by the food pricing, but once we tasted the lovingly prepared, organic, and locally sourced meals served three times a day, it all made perfect sense. Every bite was worth it. Don’t expect luxury here—this is a simple, earthy place with basic amenities. All the best to Sudhakar and Family.

I'm a solo traveler, I used to explore places and meet new peoples, the ones I've met here is one of the best I've encountered. I loved this place a lot. This place exceeded my expectations. Anilkumar and Mimi, are one of the most lovable people I've ever met. The love and care they show towards the host is extraordinary. Earned two more soulful people as my friends. Love you, Anilkumar and Mimi. Sitting under those trees and enjoying the wild winds is something you must experience yourself. Foods by Mimi is simply outstanding... Connect yourself with nature. An early morning walk around the property is a must-try. Will definitely revisit here often for love, nature, and food.
