For our guests there is room for retreat, relaxation, comfort, private kitchen, sunny residential area with garden seating, very central location, proximity to public transport (5 min.), close to the lake, suitable for couples or families with small children (crib available). IL NIDO – the world from a porthole

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM 12 JANUARY TO 10 FEBRUARY. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

Rustic Private Cottage front Lake w/ BOAT

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.
