Our stone house, which is one of the best locations with sea and island views of Bozcaada central Rum Neighborhood, also offers a unique service with the use of a shared terrace area with sea views of Denizyıldızı Hotel. Our stone house is double. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a cedar seating area. On the lower floor there is a seating area with 2 sofa beds, kitchen and 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. In addition, an additional fee and breakfast service is provided at the restaurant where the Starfish is agreed upon.

It is one of six houses in a total of fifteen acres of land with nine acres of vineyard. It is a comfortable place where you can have a peaceful, calm, pleasant holiday with both vineyard and sea views. It is five minutes by car and about half an hour walk to the center. We also have a dog named Safiye who lives with us. It is very docile and human-friendly. We can't connect Safiye, whose only desire is to be loved. Therefore, our place is not suitable for people with dog phobia.

My house is a real immigrant house. One-to-one village house for those who want village life. The winter season is cool during the hot summer season. An electric heater is used in the house in the winter season. The garden for children is suitable for large vehicles. It is close to the beaches. I am permanently spraying. The seating area, that is, the front part of the house is surrounded by mosquito nets, and the breakfast is protected as a dining area.
