House with oleanders in the Greek neighborhood of Bozcaada

Our house is in the Greek neighborhood, newly renovated without disturbing the texture. There are two rooms on the upper floor of our two-storey duplex house. Our 1st room consists of two rooms with an intermediate door, the inner room has a double bed and the entrance room has a sofa bed. Our 2nd room has a double bed. Our rooms are air-conditioned and have a toilet and bathroom inside the room. At the entrance, the kitchen is OPEN for use and we have a corner set that can be table and bed. The furniture and white goods of our house are new.

Pelazzi Farm/Farm House

Our house has a Tourism Housing Certificate approved by the Ministry of Tourism. Pelazzi Farm takes its name from the Pelazzi (Pelagians), the first tribe to settle in Bozcaada. Opposite Pelazzi, 4 km from the center, is the Pavli forest, and it is surrounded by vineyards. Ayazma beach is 900 meters away. If you want to wake up in the morning to the sounds of a thousand birds, taste the grapes in our vineyard and watch the moon rise while sipping a glass of Bozcaada wine, we want to share these beauties with you.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. A beautiful summer house with a gorgeous sea view.There is fruit and vegetable garden. Enjoy fruits from its branch, chance to collect vegetables. Pet friendly. Pets can stay in the garden, NOT allowed in home.150 meters from the sea, you can easily walk. 1,5 km from the center of the island. Up to 4 people can stay. There is only 1 bedroom. 1 double bed in bedroom, 1 single bed which is portable&2 sofas in living room 2 people can sleep on.
