The ocean can be seen and heard all day, and there is a private trail which leads to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Architecturally exquisite! Set in quiet, beautiful, peaceful, gardens with large pond. Gorgeous custom-made furniture, new stereo with Air Play, spa-like glass block shower. Radiant heat. One loft bedroom, one downstairs. Short walk over dunes to deserted Ten Mile Beach. Since access is limited, the beach is virtually empty- a coastal secret. I live on the property with my golden retriever and cat ( not allowed in the cottage) but after check-in I want my privacy just as much as you do.

The studio is a sun-filled, very spacious private room with en suite bathroom, and South facing deck, located in a separate building behind the main house in a large flower & fruit tree filled yard. The yard is often shared with Felix our playful tuxedo cat and Blossom our McNab Shepherd. We also rent "Osprey Aerie", the apartment upstairs, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
