Hiking in the nature park, cycling, reading in the hammock, grilling, relaxing, cooking together, sitting by the campfire or working in peace - all this is possible here.

You live in a converted stable building with a living area of 115 sqm on our lovingly renovated Dreiseitenhof. Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are only 30 minutes away by car from the city center of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havellandradweg crosses our village.

Waking up to bird chirping and overlooking the glittering Lübbesee? You can do this in our house on the lake - perfect for holidays with family and friends or workation in the countryside. It has three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms and two spacious sun terraces. In addition, a large living room with open access to the kitchen-living room, which invites you to cook and linger and has access to the garden. In total, the house accommodates up to six adults plus infants.

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You will stay in a beautiful vacation home with lake view and direct access to Lake Lübbesee, including a private jetty. The property is located on the sunny southwest facing side of the village. You can reach the cottage via the driveway, which leads past quince trees and the front garden. Behind it is a brick retreat, which serves as a storage room for inflatable boat and bicycles. From here there is an extensive garden to relax, including adjoining meadow with chamomile and poppy, stock roses, a walnut tree and a lot of orchard. (Great for 6 people)

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohnsiedlung auf einem 1000 qm großen abgeschlossenen Grundstück separat im Garten. Die Lage ist ein guter Mix für Erholung und Ruhe und doch nicht weit ab vom Warener Stadtleben, oder als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. An warmen Tagen können Sie auf der großen überdachten Terrasse direkt am Ferienhaus frühstücken oder am Abend grillen.

Small house for lovely people

Our little red brick house is and has always been an oasis to rest, relax, cook and dine well with friends, or just enjoy the Uckermark as a couple. This should continue to be the case and therefore we want guests who also like to enjoy it as much as we do. Enjoyment includes two bicycles, several small swimming lakes in the area, a bathtub from grandma's time ... and a garden that invites you to relax.

The new vacation home is located just 200 meters from Lake Röblin. The immediate surroundings with several lakes and forests invite you to cycle, hike, swim or simply relax. The house is ideally suited for up to 4 people with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 1.60 m each). The house has a small (partly wild) garden with terrace and a balcony with lake view.
