The studio apartment is located in a quiet side street of Neukölln, within few minutes walking distance from the metro Hermannstr (U8 and Ring train). The infamous Tempelhof airfield, as well as bars, cafes and restaurants are closeby. It is located on the 4th floor and is light-flooded with windows facing north and south.

It is located next to a park with a pond and has sun all day, which makes it even more beautiful and bright! The sunset can be seen beautifully every day from the living room & balcony. Due to the proximity to the Berlin Südkreuz train station, you have a perfect connection as well as fast access to a supermarket, drugstore and pharmacy, etc., even on Sundays and public holidays. Unfortunately, we do not have a guest parking space. Parking in the area must be paid for at parking ticket machines. We therefore recommend traveling without a car.
