We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

Stylish apartment in Schillerkiez Neukölln

The apartment is located on the first floor of the garden house of a typical Berlin residential building from 1910, just 50 meters from Schillerpromenade and 250 meters from Tempelhofer Feld. Both the building and the apartment have been recently renovated. You will find a fully equipped 1.5-room apartment, consisting of a living room with an adjoining balcony and a separate sleeping and working area. Wooden floors and original wooden panel doors create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

Le métro U8 (ligne nord-sud) station LEINESTRASSE est à 5 minutes à pied. Il y a de nombreux cafés et restaurants dans les rues alentours. C'est vraiment l'un des quartiers les plus agréables de Neukölln et il est ideal pour découvrir le Berlin du moment.

Welcome to one of the most beautiful areas of Berlin (at least, if you ask me): the Schillerkiez! My apartment is located directly in front of the Tempelhofer Feld, Berlin's famous massive park in the middle of the German capital, it convinces with beautiful promenades, bars, restaurants, cafés, little stores and more. The area is part of Neukölln, which has a lot of interesting spots to visit. U-Bahn, Bus and S-Bahn are just around the corner.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for cooking, relaxing and playing games. Visit Berlin by U-Bahn which is conveniently 2 minutes away from this apartment. Enjoy a movie in the evening on the big TV and couch. Shop in the supermarket which is 1 minute away. Use the big kitchen with every appliance to prepare your own food, or visit some nice restaurants within the area.
