The photos do not do justice to the house, it really is beautiful and ideal to disconnect from everything, I only recommend that you bring fans because they do not work but otherwise everything was perfect and it is close to squares, and commercial stores, everything excellent, I would definitely return

The house is very nice and large, the cleanliness is very good, the temperature in the pool and jacuzzi is always excellent, the sound system allows you to enjoy yourself and have fun because it also has karaoke. Excellent place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, very quiet. You will find all the amenities as shown in the house. It is pet friendly, my dog was very happy and there is plenty of room to walk around the designated areas.

It was a family weekend, the managers Don Félix, Doña Benita and their daughters treated us as if we were family. The place is amazing. I went with my children and nephews and they enjoyed the pool. We had very hot days and they did us the favor of giving us more fans. The house is beautiful, the garden is a dream. Each room has its own charm and privacy. The kitchen is spacious and the living room is very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast room overlooking the garden, so I could see my children play and spend one of the most incredible weekends of our stay in Mexico. Communication with Mrs. Pia was amazing and fast. Even before I got to the house to plan the trip with her, I was too dependent. My children describe the house as a fairy world (they say they saw some dancing in the garden) Highly recommended!

The house is very nice, just like the photos, everything is very clean. It has all the cookware. You sleep very comfortably, you don't hear any noise despite being on a small avenue. The pool is a good size for the house and very nice. Mr. Felipe is very formal. The taxi had a hard time finding the address, the street where it is located is narrow but it is in the center of Cuernavaca. Thanks to Ms. Marcela for her excellent attention and always being on top of everything, thank you very much. We plan to return.

The place is very quiet and with great space to be with the family, in our case with small dogs, the cleanliness is impeccable and I imagine they smoke frequently because we did not see insects typical of the area, only the classic mosquitoes and ants that are not a problem in themselves, it is very convenient that two of the rooms have air conditioning which makes rest not a problem even in a time of intense heat, there is a self-service shop a few meters away which is very convenient to buy food, ice or almost anything, they were always attentive to any doubt and always very friendly with us, certainly a place to return. Great experience in every way

Very comfortable and friendly place, Mr. Enrique was very attentive days before arrival, at the time of arrival he received us very kindly and was always attentive to any detail, he gave us our privacy, the neighbors were friendly, the residential area is very safe, the views are very beautiful, you feel at home, the arrival of the travel service by app (Didi, Uber) was a little late so they do ask that it be on time (Although taxis pass by on the road and leaving the residential area there is a base of them), I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.

We had an excellent long weekend in Tepoztlán. Raul gave us excellent recommendations, and Alfredo kept in touch with us to make sure everything was going well. The place is perfect for a peaceful getaway, and the rooftop was amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. I really enjoyed the stay, Luis was a great host, they provide very clear instructions. The place is just like the photos, very clean and nice. It's a great plus that you can go into the club to swim, play tennis or soccer, and the restaurant there has very good food.

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment to see your children. Everything was great, I would choose it again without a doubt.
