This beautiful holiday home is located in the middle of the beautiful Unterspreewald, only 150 m away from the Spree. It was completely renovated in 2019. Ideal to explore the Spreewald. Perfect for activities like hiking, canoeing and cycling. Quietly situated, with lots of space in the garden and a large terrace - ideal for barbecues or breakfast in summer. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

We rent out our nice, detached cottage of about 35 m² on our property, with garden, barbecue and cozy seating area. For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.
