Muy luminoso, con vistas al mar y entrada autónoma a través del patio interior. The studio Tabaiba is one big lightful room with sea view and private kitchen and bathroom. Se podrá optar a alquilar también el apartamento de al lado para grupos o familias. There is another apartment for rent in front, in case you can rent both for friends or family. Persona adicional adulta 15€, niños 10€ (hasta 12 años). Dependiendo de lo que prefiera el huesped, si quiere tranquilidad e intimidad la tendrá. La cobertura del móvil depende de la compañía telefónica. Our house (made by us) is running on wind (eolic mil) and sun (solar panels) so we don´t depend on the main Electrical Net.

Casita Amanecer - an idyllic country retreat

The location of Casita Amanecer (meaning ‘sunrise’) could not be bettered; situated in a sheltered valley between Arrieta and Haria the climate is perfect. Casa Ola is a newly refurbished apartment located in the excluve residential area Los Molinos, in Costa Teguise which is the sole designed by the master and visionaire César Manrique. The garden, the two pools and the building reflect the particular style you can only find in Lanzarote: white walls, lavic stones and cactus plants. At 300mt walking distance there is Playa Bastían, but you can reach Las Cucharas Beach and the centre of Costa Teguise in less than 15 minutes walk.

Fifteen minutes from the island's capital, between 7km and 12km from the resorts, such as Monumento del Campesino, Lagomar and Jardín de Cactus. The Costa Teguise Golf Club is 15 km from the accommodation. Close to beaches such as Famara and Costa Teguise for surfing and windsurfing.

There is a bus stop just 5 minutes away with buses running to Arrecife Capital, meaning that one can get by without an auto; if you do want to rent one, there is a free parking space in front of the house.
