High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives that cabin feeling you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). The apartment is located at the top of the Nyvallen Tegefjäll area. Has a wonderful view. Close to the children's slope and Tegefjäll's lift system that connects with Duved. Ski bus to Åre is at Tegetornet Cleaning is included in the fee One bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and sauna. Large house to gather friends and family for vacation times (10 adults plus 2 children). Close to the slopes (Tegefjäll /Duved) and accessible of public transport. Very close to Tegeforsen offering fishing and swimming. Also close to Åre golf - one of the most beautiful courses in Sweden. The house offers a spacious open plan living room, six bedrooms, sauna, relax, TV-room and a big "mud-room" to keep skiing clothing, golf equipment etc. We also have wifi and a nice fire pit. Lean back and relax in this serene, elegant accommodation with a unique view of the mountainous landscape. With a soaring 4.5-meter ceiling height, this place boasts three large bedrooms and underfloor heating throughout the apartment. The apartment features excellent sound insulation, ensuring a good night's sleep. It's only 40 meters from Gunillbacken, where a lift can take you to the delightful ski areas of both Duved and Tegefjäll. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible just ask.

In close proximity to the apartment there is ski rental, ski pass sales, mini life shop and restaurant. Free ski buses run daily between Åre and Tegefjäll.

I Tegefjäll finns restaurang, skiduthyrning, skidshop och liten matbutik. 42 m2 för 4-5 personer. Öppet kök, matplats och vardagsrum med bäddbar Hemnessoffa. 2 sovrum med vars en våningsäng. I det ena sovrummet är nedersängen 120 cm bred, övriga 80 cm breda. Dusch, bastu, tvättmaskin, spis, diskmaskin, micro, kyl/frys, babyresesäng och barnmatstol. TV, Chromecast och WiFi 250/250.

Åre/Tegefjäll vid pisten Perfekt för 1-2 familjer

Åre/Tegefjäll mellan Åre by och Duved. Lugnt, modernt och familjevänligt boende nära natur och äventyr både sommar och vinter. På sommaren kan man fjällvandra direkt från huset. Fina bärmarker finns nära inpå. Skidbacken ligger bara 50 m bort. Duveds och Tegefjälls liftsystem är ihopbyggda. Många tycker att det är områdets bästa skidåkning, men man kan också ta skidorna ner till gratis skidbuss till Åre, där liftkorten också gäller. Med turskidor tar man sig direkt ut på fjällvidderna.

Ta en paus och varva ner i det lugna fjällnära Tegefjäll. Lägenheten har det mesta man söker för en rofylld vistelse: Ett fullutrustat kök, ett sovrum, ett badrum, samt en uteplats i söderläge med grillmöjligheter.
