Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on the bottom and 140cm double bed on sleeping loft. The price includes bed linen and towels. Kitchen with cooker,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 YEARS (or in the company of the guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore silence after 22:00 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

Modern and nice apartment in a perfect south-facing position high up in Tegefjäll. Fantastic view over Åredalen. Only 50 meters to the nearest piste. Two bedrooms with bunk beds (2x 90 cm) and one bedroom with double bed (160 cm). Well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher. Bathroom with washing machine & dryer. Cozy fireplace in the living room. Wifi, ski storage, carpark with engine heater outlet. Apartment Tegefjäll there is a restaurant, convenience store, ski rental, ski pass sales as well as free ski bus to Åre, which you can reach in 10 minutes

Ski in-out location, 100 meters to the children's slope with a lift up to the chair lift and to Tegetornet with grocery store and restaurant. Newly-built apartment with a cottage feel

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Corner apartment at the top of a two-story house with windows on three sides - nice light entry and lovely views over Renfjället, Åreskutan and Mullfjället. - 200 meters to the ski system in Tegefjäll, which also takes you to the system in Duved. - Family friendly location with walking distance to grocery store, restaurant, ski rental, ski bus to Åre, winter bath (Tegeforsen). - Amazing starting point for nice top hikes, hiking trails/trail running, fishing, mountain biking.
