Free WiFi, Well-equipped kitchen. View over river, mountains and Åre. Free parking. 150 m to hill and Tege/Duved's ski system. Shop and restaurant are in the area, as well as ski bus to Åre and Björnen. Final cleaning. is included in price. To be rented first-hand weekly, other rental lengths according to agreement. Lägenhet om 113kvm med 8 bäddar, 4 sovrum och 2 badrum samt bastu i exklusivt timmerhus byggt 2018, med en fantastisk vy över Åreskutan. 200m till backen tar dig till sittliften Sadelexpressen som knyter samman med centrala Åres liftsystem. Samma promenad ut till backen tar dig även direkt till Björnens barnområde med rullbandslift och Valleland. Ett boende för hela familjen! Även Björnens populära längdspår ligger 70 meters promenad från huset.

Koppla av i detta mysiga boende som ligger i Duveds semesterby. Perfekt för mindre sällskap. Lägenheten har 2 rok varav ett sovrum med trevåningsäng (3-4 bäddar) samt bäddsoffa. Mataffär, restaurang och tågstation finns på gångavstånd i Duveds by. Vandringsled finns runt husknuten. Ca 10 minuters promenad till skidlift, Leråliften. Lägenheten är rökfri samt inga husdjur tillåtna på grund av allergi.
