The newly built living area with kitchen, fireplace & a large sofa – which offers sleeping for an additional 2 people – is connected to the old bee house, where the bedroom & wood-fired sauna (20.00 per person) are located. In the middle of the natural & vegetable garden of the Spicher family lies this small oasis, surrounded by chickens in the old village center of the wine-growing village of Schinznach.

My mum enjoyed the conversations with her and was even a little emotional when we left :) The area is idyllic and if you are on foot, there is much to discover. I have to emphasise the breakfast again, there is something of everything (homemade of course) be it Bircher muesli, lemonade, jam or bread...

Francine was a very sweet and accommodating hostess who welcomed us with great hospitality despite our late arrival in the evening and very early departure the next morning. Although we left very early, Francine had painstakingly made us breakfast so that we could start the day well. Room was excellent, bed very comfortable and the bathroom very clean. We would stay with Francine again at any time.

Sabine and Franz were very polite and responsive. The place and surroundings looked even better than in the pictures and the bathroom was freshly renovated . The location of the AirBnB is also perfect for people who enjoy nature. Definitely recommend a visit!

With Autonavi and also via Google maps with the mobile phone, my colleague and I did not find the exact address of the accommodation. It kept leading us to a different street. It was very annoying for us, as it was already midnight. Luckily, the husband was still awake when we called the accommodation directly and the husband kindly picked us up at the village square.
