Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. When you step in front of the garden door, you can decide. To the right, following the Aasee shore, out into nature, where the Aa becomes more and more pristine and leads out into the Aatal at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. Or around to the left, for a leap into the city.

A short way from the beautiful, historical city of Münster, the warm and cosy Chalet is your perfect home away from home. Its located in the lovely, friendly countryside also named "The Pearl of Münsterland". Hiking, biking, long walks with the kids and\or dog in the forrest and fields, along the sparkling waters. Fresh air, total privacy, spotting deer walking along the lodge makes you feel back in time and being at home surrounded by nature.

Historic Farm House in Countryside

This type of house is known as " ein Heuerhaus'. It was built in 1883 and is one of the few remaining such houses in the area. We renovated it in the late1980's and it is recognised as a National Monument. The area we converted into the appartment for our guests, was originally used for storing the hay and straw for the animals winter fodder The house is surrounded by a large garden and uninterrupted view of the countryside.

Beautifully integrated into a half-timbered ensemble, our Hüsken offers direct access to its own garden with sitting area, fireplace, barbecue, parking space and covered accommodation for bicycles. A wallbox with 11 kW is available on the premises at cost.

Within a few minutes walk you can reach the castle, the city center, the university and the old town. The modern apartment is located in a back house in the quiet courtyard.
