Above the Botanic Gardens, our quiet and spacious, character-filled apartment is just a 5 minute drive (25 minute walk for the fit) down to the CBD. The regular bus service is close and street parking is plentiful and free. Our street has spectacular views of the city and a park opposite with tennis courts.
