Josie and Neil welcome you to Hetherington Downs, their quiet 42 acre North Waikato rural property, set well away from the road & with magnificent views over Lake Waahi and beyond It is a 10m x 3m self contained Compac cabin with a 10m x 3m deck Wifi has only recently been connected to the cabin There is no TV It is most suitable for a couple, but also has a pull out sofa bed (& folding mattress) for your use if required The cabin was new in June 2017 and has now been set up for Airbnb guests

Historic Pear Tree Unit is on our farm and welcomes all travellers who want to relax in a rural environment but only 8kms from Raglan. This is a self contained unit with parking at the door. Parking for boat trailers if required and tips on fishing spots gladly provided. The unit is neat as a pin, has a smart TV with Netflix and Wifi. Lovely kitchen with coffee, tea, milk, bread, 3 types of cereals, butter, jam and vegemite ; fridge/freezer, microwave, electric frying pan and bench top oven

The tiny home hosted by Robert and Annemarie is a modern, self contained, newly built space that offers all modern appliances, comfortable queen size bed with fresh linen and an upstairs space providing a small reading nook with stunning views.

Perched on prime Raglan real estate this upmarket, character bungalow affords seclusion in a central location. Treat yourself! Adventures await! Walk to Raglan’s retail hub in 10 mins. Make the 8km pilgrimage to Manu Bay Reserve, the Holy Grail of NZ surfing. Maybe instead, from the comfort of the great room dial it back and marvel at the light changes and tidal swings as you look across Kaitoke inlet onto Mount Karioi. Our space is designed for couples or solo travelers. 🙂

Whare Tatou

*** currently building an extra room and an outdoor bath, estimated completion mid October*** This will not affect your stay before that date :) Our private whare is a short drive/walk to Ngarunui Beach. Raglan Township will take you just under 10 minutes by car, or if you’re able, it’s a wonderful walk of around 35 minutes, either along the beach on low tide, or the new footpath that’s just opposite our drive. You will also find Cala Cafe! Our whare is ideal for couples :)

The studio is just 15 minutes from Raglan and 30 minutes from central Hamilton and on the bus route.

It is the perfect retreat, a place to break up your journey or as a base for the many tourist, cycling or walking activities the Waikato has to offer. The cabin has a queen-sized bed with ensuite. The kitchenette has gas hobs with small fridge, kettle, toaster, and all basic utensils. Milk, tea and coffee are included. There’s wifi and a TV with Chromecast.
