Located in a gated community called Cove Creek which consists of many large acre properties and very little development. Several trails located directly on the property for atv riding and hiking. Perfect cottage tucked away in a beautiful mountain setting. So peaceful and private. The owners being just across the field gave such peace of mind of security. Wonderful host! Beds were so comfortable!! The deer were so pretty to watch as they grazed.

This place exceeded our expectations. It came with more amenities than I've ever had at a cabin. It was clean, the linens smelled freshly washed, floors and surfaces were clean. Randy and his crew were super helpful and friendly, letting us know where to go to find trails to ride. The store is on site and is stocked with all the things you'll need. Gas is on site as well. I can't say enough good about this place! We will definitely stay again if we plan on coming to this area.

This is by far one of the best trips we have had! Brent is so welcoming and his place is very clean and well kept…he even makes you a great breakfast :). He is very personable, easy to get along with and knowledgeable about the trails! I wouldn’t think twice about recommending him, in fact we are already planning our next trip with him for next year!

Peyton's place appears to be newly remodeled, and its well done. Its conveniently located between the Spearhead trails in Virgina and Hatfield and Mcoy in West Virgina. (Be sure to get a Spearhead trail sticker prior to riding those trails, we found out the wrong way) Peyton was great to communicate with and very fair. I was making date and guest changes down to the last days and they accommodated all the requests. I will definenly stay in this place again. Great trails, great location, great to deal with! Thanks Peyton!
