Miia's Mountain Retreat

Enjoy a hike on 120 private acres of woods and fields, go mushroom hunting, mountain biking and observe an abundance of natural wildlife.

Wolf Cottage

Escape to our charming, newly renovated guest house, set far from the main road on spacious, quiet grounds. Enjoy untouched forest, a small stocked pond, a deck, and a fire pit. It is the most convenient location, only a minute to Warrior trailhead. 1 minute to Hillbilly Market for trail passes, gas, restaurants, Dollar General, Walgreens, and Grants Supermarket.. River Cottage is at the foothills of High Rocks (outlaw trail). It’s Convenient to Berwind lake which has a (swimming pool). Three comfortable porches to enjoy the beautiful mountains, the river in the backyard, the birds, and deer. We are Pet friendly.

The Starlite at Ruakh is a private luxury geodesic dome tucked along the edge of the woods on our 87-acre farm in Tazewell County, Virginia. Enjoy Wilmore Dam, or perhaps a day at Berwind Lake trout fishing, or hiking. This can be purchased with the main house or as a stand alone unit. If purchased together the price will be reduced to $40 a night. Guest will have entire space to themselves.

You will relax and reconnect in this beautiful valley nestled in the Southwest Virginia mountains. Sit on the porch and soak up those mountain views. Relax in the hot tub and count the stars. Reconnect with your spouse as you unplug from the hustle and bustle. Rest, laugh, enjoy! The cabin is located on a working family farm. You can purchase beef, pork, and chicken to cook while you’re here or bring a cooler and take some home.
