Sunset Apartment

Great apartment located at the top of Tazacorte, the European municipality with the most hours of sunshine per year, from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the town and the sea. The apartment is very bright and has a balcony where you can watch the spectacular sunsets. It is 1 km from the town center and 2 km from the beach, and we can also walk there (5 minutes to the town and 15 minutes to the beach). Bus stop right in front of the house. A very cozy and quiet atmosphere.

On the spacious couch, you can enjoy the view over the Atlantic through the large glass sliding doors, and the oak dining table offers plenty of space for up to six people. The house is a solitary between the fishing harbor and the marina, and the town of Tazacorte Puerto.

Renovated two-story colonial style house with large windows. The home is in the middle of the village in Tazacorte. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, kitchen, one bathroom, one bedroom and a small balcony. Upstairs there is a living room with sofa bed, another bathroom and a furnished terrace with stunning views of the village of Tazacorte, its mountains and cliffs, but above all spectacular views of the plantains that extend to the sea.

The small, traditional house is located in a quiet, typical Canarian street in the old town of Tazacorte. The church, the promenade with many restaurants and bars are just a 2-minute walk away and invite you to a sunset walk. Supermarkets are in walking distance. The comfortably furnished house was completely newly renovated in 2022, yet retains the original Palmeirian charm. Beach & harbor are a 15-minute walk away.
