Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay CBD,restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee! (Not suitable for pets or kiddies)

Accommodation is a single level dwelling with an open plan kitchen and living area. 2 big Queen bedrooms & 3 way bathroom. The good-sized paved and grassed outdoor area backs onto bush-land. The best beach in Port Stephens is very close. The getaway is a haven thanks to its cosiness, quietness, privacy & location. Suits 4 adults. Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO dogs on beds or lounges. Dogs not left alone inside unattended. NO electric scooters allowed!!
