Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

What a wonderful place to spend a winter’s weekend. Easy walk to town, beautiful view and a lovely Mediterranean feel from the interior decor. Sun filled in the afternoon, rugs and heating for cosy nights. Next to the walking/cycle path, which we made good use of. Would definitely stay again, thank you.

Emily was a wonderful host, the house was very easy to find and get into, and the house was spotless and looked even better than the photos! The view was stunning and it was in a lovely area, close to the beach and restaurants. The house had everything you needed; a great shower, a washing machine, a nice kitchen and a comfy bed. Amazing place. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Peaceful and quiet with very comfortable beds and furniture. Excellent host who goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need and want. Will happily leave you alone or keep you company and entertain you, if you prefer. Cozy fireplace. Modern bathroom. Awesome sauna and pool. Amazing views with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Excellent fire pit. Clear views of the stars and the Milky Way. A perfect getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Josie’s pool house. Everything was excellent. Josie was super friendly and proactive with wonderful recommendations and always available for any requests we had. The pool house is properly relaxing, the pool, hot tub and mini golf were a lot of fun, we enjoyed spending quiet time and star gazing at night while enjoying the hot tub! We enjoyed all the little extras Josie left for us in the pool house too to make our stay extra comfortable. This is an amazing place to stay when visiting Port Stephen’s, fabulously located close to everything but still very private - the view was stunning. We loved Josie’s café where we enjoyed some yummy brunch - thank you for the extra coffee coins! We will definitely recommend!

Perfect location for a girls weekend away. Beautifully styled unit which was clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Even though the unit is in a big block it was quiet and peaceful and the outside space was lovely. Melissa is a great host-fantastic communication and information on the area. We'll definitely be back!
