We have stayed at Franca's a few times and it's always a wonderful spot!

This is my favorite spot to visit and no stay ever feels long enough! The apartment is cozy, beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything needed. The location is ideal! If you’re looking for a walkable neighborhood, surrounded by stunning views of nature and some of the friendliest people on earth, this is the place to stay! I’ll be back as often as possible.

Really enjoyed this place! The bed was by far the most comfy air bnb bed I’ve slept in. Hosts were very responsive and flexible for an early check-in.

Kathy's home is absolutely lovely. The furnishings were beautiful and the home was well-equipped for our stay. The yard has so many pretty flowers and was serene. We stayed in Dave and Chris’s place in Brush Park Detroit for the Detroit Grand Prix weekend. We checked in easily on a Friday night walked around the city had great food and went to race Sunday. The apartment is spotless and well appointed as advertised. Dave and Christa sent clear instructions and everything was seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked Rest Assured for a concert at Ford Field, and I was very happy about how walkable the neighborhood was and how friendly our hosts were. The AirBnB is very conveniently located for any events that you may be trying to go to in downtown Detroit. I had a slight issue with the parking, and thankfully Marcus was very attentive and quick to rectify the situation. Our hosts also provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants! I loved our trip to Detroit and would definitely stay at this location again.

The Phunky Pheasant suite is my go to place to stay when I visit Detroit for work or pleasure. They are extremely hospitable with their snacks l, drinks and delicious homemade cookies. They were even gracious enough to provide their cookie recipe! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, which ensured restful nights after long walks exploring the waterfront and the town of Walkerville. We had a great stay at this location. The pictures and description match. Carey was always responsive to our questions and the house was comfortable, clean and functional for our needs. The location was great as you are less than 20 minutes from Detroit airport, major highways and Ford Rd (which is a main road) offering plenty of dinning and shopping. We would book again if our plans take us in to the area again.

We loved the home and the peaceful neighborhood. Make sure to walk over to Dellah Coffee & Brunch House for unique breakfast items and coffee. Great location and access to freeways and attractions in the area.

The host is quite thoughtful in providing anything and everything a person would need. Beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was nice. The location was centered nicely for our plans. Beech Daly is a main road, so if you're a light sleeper like me, you'll need to use white noise or whatever works for you. Would stay here again if the price is right.

Jeff's place was perfect for a week long stay, I felt very much at home. Location is convenient to downtown. Very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy, had a kitchen stocked enough to cook daily, and included lots of extra towels, blankets and laundry and bathroom supplies. Host was very responsive and I'd book again anytime.

Alejandro was very responsive and sent helpful reminders. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

Property was exactly like the photos. Cindy had amazing communication and was very helpful. So many coffee shops and restaurants nearby we didn’t need to use our car once. We will only stay here from now on in Ann Arbor!

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

5⭐️I was a first timer to the app and honestly i was really lucky to have kimberly as my host. She was very responsive and clear with instructions. Me and my cousins loved the condo and we were very close to so many things. highly recommend it! If you are a looking of a perfectly nice condo to stay over, don’t look any further! Thank you again.
