It's also 30min away from the Blue Mountain resort. Please note that it’s a downstairs separate guest suite, you’ll have full privacy and the use of the entire backyard, hot tub, bbq and fire pit. Its decor celebrates the charm of small town life, celebrating a connection to nature and setting a happy vacation tone. It's a ten minute walk to our historic downtown, offering unique shops, galleries and creative places to eat and drink. Sunset Point Park is closeby and a network of more than sixty trails is one block away. We are a ten minute drive to Blue Mountain where adventure awaits.

Cozy suite, this location provides the very best of the outdoors for cottaging enthusiasts 45 minutes from the GTA. Found on the outskirts of Port Perry near the Blue Heron Casino and on the shores of Lake Scugog, you will find great fishing, swimming, and boating at your doorstep. Also great lounging on the deck/dock! The casino is 5 min drive and the town of Port Perry with its good restaurants and shopping is 10 min car ride or take your boat! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed by guests.

It features cathedral ceilings finished in pine and a modern bathroom. The treed neighborhood is quiet and serene. Perfect for a couple, or two adults with 1 child.

There are approximately 20 lakes and rivers within 30 minutes of the house with the closest one being only 5 minutes away. A guide book is offered in the suite that is full of recommendations for fun! Between Gravenhurst, Orillia, Bracebridge and Bala, there is always something exciting going on!
