Our tastefully and comfortably furnished house is located on the gentle slopes of the Southeast Styrian hill country, surrounded by vineyards, flower meadows, fruit trees and forests. Fantastic views in an absolutely quiet location near the South Styrian Wine Road ("Styrian Tuscany") with its wine taverns and top wines. The thermal baths and fortified castles of the Volcano Land are also just around the corner. A wonderful place for relaxing days or creative weeks away from all the hustle and bustle.

Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room with a bay window and views of the Schlossberg, a balcony, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet ensure living comfort in the city center.

Tree Tops - an adult observatory that has indulged in the best. Is a cottage that will captivate you. Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Luxury apartment on the Čebelji gradič farm

The apartment is situated on a 2,5 hectars big property where the kids can run around freely, discover the nature, visit our rabbits, sheep, can play on the childrens playground or play in our playrooms equipped with table tennis, table soccer and darts. The apartment is 72m2 big and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a large balcony, a bathromm, a separated toilet, a kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee maker…) …

A century old Vila Vilma is a fairy tale house hidden between the vineyards. Its unique location makes it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a family escape to the country. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy the view from the swing or treat yourself with local wines from our wine cellar. Our delicious house wine is included in the price. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

During the day you can explore the beautiful area around Bad Waltersdorf and in the evening you can barbecue comfortably with your family and friends on the spacious terrace.
