From September to November, the autumn leaves gradually descend from the mountains to the villages in Shinshu. You can enjoy autumn scenery unique to each region, including Hakuba Happo Pond, Kamikochi, and the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route. During the day, head to the mountains and plateaus to see the autumn foliage. When I get back, I'll relax in the sauna and the cold water bath. Please enjoy a quiet time in the countryside at night, with a BBQ and the starry sky. It is a private rental that can accommodate up to 12 people, so it is recommended not only for family or group trips, but also for couples and small groups. Conveniently located as a base for sightseeing in Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama Kurobe.There is also a washing machine and a bathroom dryer, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay even for extended periods. Located in the middle of Toyama Prefecture, it is convenient for sightseeing in the east, west, south and north. To the east is the Tateyama mountain range, Niigata prefecture, to the south is Nagano, Hida Furukawa in Gifu prefecture, Takayama, Gokayama, to the west is Ishikawa prefecture, and to the north is Toyama city and Toyama bay, so you can get to the sea in about an hour. Spring begins with new greenery, fuki no to, plums, and a variety of wildflowers bloom, and there are the blessings of nature. There are many flowers in the garden in May and June, so please enjoy a walk. It is hot in summer, but there is a river breeze and many trees, so the shade is cool. You can also enjoy fishing in the Shintsu River that flows right next to the house. In autumn, you can also experience harvesting chestnuts, persimmons, etc. In winter, there are days when there is a lot of snow. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

The house is surrounded by my favorite garden flowers and is full of greenery. There are many tall trees around that are 300-400 years old, covered in greenery, and birds chirping at any time are singing. The interior is beautifully finished with favorite accessories, antique stands, retro music boxes, furniture, etc. The room is created with large glass windows, and the surrounding greenery and sky are very beautiful and full of openness. The bus from Toyama Station is 15 minutes. The house is 5-6 minutes from Toyama IC by car, and there are many restaurants along the road. You can get to Toyama Station in 15 minutes to the north and Takayama in 90 minutes to the south on National Route 41. Toyama Airport is 3 km from the house and can be reached in 5 minutes.

"Yoko's Inn Wakuwaku" is a "separate" inn adjacent to the creative home cooking restaurant "Wakuwaku", limited to one group per day. There is a private entrance. The first floor is a living space with a dining table, and the second floor is a bedroom. From the window, you can see the vast rural landscape and the Northern Alps Tateyama mountain range in the distance. Guests can optionally have breakfast, dinner, etc. (breakfast 1,000 yen, dinner from 2,000 yen. Please ask).
