We transformed an old painting workshop into a contemporary and warm space, combining historic charm and modernity. Every detail has been thought out to offer you an unforgettable experience, whether it's for a romantic getaway, a trip with friends or a business trip.

Relax with the whole family at this small house in the countryside. Located between Le Mans, the Alpes Mancelles and Sainte-Suzanne. - On the ground floor, a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. - Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, 2 single 90 x 190 cm beds, and a toilet. The accommodation benefits from games, books, balloons, and bath towels. This small house is attached to our home.

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et central entre Le Mans et Sablé sur Sarthe. C'est une maison indépendante mais nous sommes voisins. The house is located 3 kilometers from the village of Chevillé, in the countryside, in the middle of the fields. The accommodation that is offered for rent is an old barn that we have completely transformed and restored. It offers the charm of the old and offers the comfort of modernity for 4 to 6 people (including 2 to 4 children), in a quiet environment, with a 5000 m2 enclosed garden and a small pond. The accommodation is 25 minutes from Le Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the Bailleul toll. The major cities nearby are Le Mans 30 minutes, Angers and Laval 50 minutes.

Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Un chalet de 28 m² au bord de la sarthe, au calme, pour 2 personnes. Il se compose d'un coin salon - séjour, une kitchenette, une chambre et une salle d'eau. Une terrasse avec un salon de jardin et une table en rez de jardin pour avoir les pieds dans l'herbe. Pour les détenteurs de véhicules électriques, il est interdit de recharger la batterie sur le compte du chalet.

Stone cottage with river view, ideal for those seeking relaxation, but also close to interesting sites and restaurants. A short drive from Solesmes, Sable, Le Mans, and La Flèche. We accept dogs for an extra fee of 20€ to cover the cost of a deep cleaning for the next guests.
