Here you can relax on a 1600 m², green overgrown end property. Relax or take an active vacation. Rosenow is beautifully secluded but centrally located to reach the cities of Wismar and Schwerin as well as Rostock.

Enjoy peace and relaxation in this wooden house on Lake Großer Wariner! Nestled in a beautiful garden, the house welcomes you. An open kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and the magnificent play and sleeping gallery are spread over the open and warmly designed two floors. The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. The 4 separate apartments - all with their own bathroom - leave enough space to retreat. At the same time, you can all cook, eat and chill in front of the fireplace in the large kitchen. There is a large sun terrace, a barbecue behind the house, a football pitch, a climbing frame and a sauna. The nearest swimming spot is a 10-minute walk, about 800 m away.

Es ist gedämmt, mit Küche und Heizung ausgestattet und groß genug um dort auch länger Urlaub zu machen. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Leute die einen gemütlichen Platz mit Ruhe und Natur suchen. Hier kann man wunderbar runterkommen und alle Hektik hinter sich lassen.

Our 30 sqm apartment with 20 sqm south terrace is located in an old house from the 17th century. You can have a nice time there with 2 people. There is a private bathroom and a kitchen with all the important cooking utensils. The apartment is on the second floor and is therefore only accessible via the stairs. We have enough space for parking on our beautiful farm and you are just a 45-minute drive away from the Baltic Sea beach!

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

The Fuchsbau vacation home is located on the old estate of the Laase forest estate with an idyllic wooded park, very quiet. It has its own terrace with garden (the lawn is just sown and is green from June 2024). The estate offers plenty of space for nature lovers and families with children. Playground in the park and rowboat on nearby lake included. Horseback riding, cycling and canoeing in the immediate vicinity.
