Located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. This three bedroom one bath home is fully furnished. It also has an entry/dining room, living room and kitchen. Convenient location close to I29. It has a large private yard and front porch. Parking available on street or in the back of the house. You can find a park, Hy-Vee, Casey’s and Dollar General within walking distance. The lower level walks out to an elevated fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and use the extended yard space for games or relax and enjoy the peace. Each level has a bedroom and full bathroom, in addition the lower level has a sleeper couch and a large screen tv. Our home is in town with off street parking. Enter home using key pad.

The space is an 800-square-foot basement that has been converted into a two-bedroom apartment with one full bathroom, a kitchen, a living room that is furnished. The living area has its own entrance separate from the upstairs of the home, with off-street parking. There is usually very little activity upstairs, so noise from above won't be an issue. We also rent to outages at Cooper Nuclear Station and for long-term wind farm workers.
