NOT sure what that means (maybe their beds are on the floor) PLEASE I have a fan to drawn off Noise from upstairs ALL ground level units get noise from upstairs USE THE FAN Gas fireplace is turned off June July and August I do not have AC but the bedroom has a ceiling fan and a box fan. Screens on windows NO Pets NO Smoking NO RV/Trailers

Board games to bring the family together after awesome days of skiing, also tv's in all rooms for quiet time. We require a 5 nights stay during Spring Break "weeks" in March, Christmas/New Year's week, 3 nights 4th of July week & ski season. Please no "one night" stays.
