THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite, but nicely away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our holiday property (house with 2 apartments with separate entrances) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, directly on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm of land also invite you to campfire, camping and in winter to toboggan on your own toboggan slope. The house is only a vacation property. So it has no permanent tenants. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask you to be considerate of each other.

Haus Katharina is a rustic log cabin in an exposed, unique location directly on the ski meadow in/on the nature reserve. The property is 1100 m². The location is perfect - apart from the ski and toboggan run, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center with cafes and restaurants (100 m) are also easily accessible. Unsere Ferienwohnung im gemütlichen „New Country Style“ lädt zur Erholung und Entspannung ein. Genießen Sie die Outdoor-Sauna in direkter Nähe der Wohnungsterrasse. Entdecken Sie die Region Südharz mit vielen schönen Wander- und Radwegen sowie Wellnessmöglichkeiten. Fussläufig erreichen Sie das Naturschutzgebiet Hainholz-Beierstein. Skilifte, Bikeparks und Sommerrodelbahn befinden sich in ca. 35 Autominuten Entfernung. Hunde bis zu einer Schulterhöhe von 40 cm und Kurzhaar- Rassen sind erlaubt.

Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

The charming, sunny vacation home "Zum Kirschgarten" welcomes you to the spa town of Bad Sachsa. Located in the South Harz and lovingly furnished, this is the perfect starting point for all hiking enthusiasts and those who simply want to relax. With 183 m², three floors and beds for up to nine people and two toddlers, our vacation home in the Harz Mountains offers plenty of space for large families and groups of friends. In addition, you can enjoy the freedom of the in-house garden.

We are a friendly family and rent our 60 sqm apartment for max. 4 people. The apartment is in the basement of our 2 family house! The local tourist tax is payable on site!!! The apartment is located directly on the forest (with forest playground) with access to hiking and mountain bike trails! In beautiful Lautenthal you will find many hiking opportunities, excellent bike paths and mountain bike trails. For bikers, Lautenthal is a great start to the winding Harz Mountains!

A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. A highlight is the balcony. You look at the chestnut avenue that gave the apartment its name.
