The place is located at the Marina in Penang - a nice spot of its own with restaurants, entertainment and a small mall. The apartment is equipped and suitable for short term and outgoing guests enjoying a marina lifestyle with waterfront, bars and restaurants. The place has a spacious balcony to enjoy the view over the marina site and its strolling visitors. Some construction work has started for creating an additional island across the marina with a slight visual impact on the view from the apartment.

The unit was superb with spacious rooms and also private tub. My kids really enjoyed it.

I stayed for 9 days, but I could really relax as if I was at home. First of all, all my friends and towels were so clean and well maintained, and the cleaning around the house was in good condition. And all the items were well-stocked, so there was no inconvenience to stay. The view from the living room was amazing with a harmonious blend of the city and the sea. If I were to travel to Panang again, this is the place I would like to stay again.

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! It was very nice staying at Toy’s house. It was very clean. Also, it was really comfortable and same as the descrabtion. Toy was really helpful and answered any question i had at anytime. He explanied everything very well. I really recommend staying at his home and for sure if i will come here again I will stay atthe home. Thanks Toy for everything

We had a fabulous 5 week stay in Daniel's apartment at Jazz Service Suites. The apartment is really well laid out and even bigger than it looks in the photos, with amazing views. It was perfectly set up for a long stay, with a well appointed kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. Daniel was really friendly, helpful, and responded to all our queries quickly. The outdoor pool was great for our daily swim, with a kids pool and a few loungers. We didn't try the gym but it seemed popular. The surrounding buildings do cause a shadow across the pool area at times during the day, but there is always somewhere in the sunshine to sit if you wish. Tesco Lotus is just across the road, plus Sam's Groceries at Straits Quay (5 mins walk) for a more international choice. There is a food court underneath Lotus, lots of restaurants at Straits Quay, and the bus stop to Georgetown is only a few mins walk away. So overall an excellent location.

We enjoyed our stay at Straitsquay. The Suite was clean and the bed very comfortable. We went swimming every day in one of the 3 Pools in the Complex. The Supermarket is very near and lots of international restaurants downstairs. Our Host - Johnson was very reliable, helpful and kind.

it is a great experience staying at Alvin's place. It is a heritage house, full with characters. my family and I also want an Airbnb which is bigger than a hotel room and has privacy. This place exceeded our expectations. The place is easy to find, there are a lot of good restaurants nearby(Alvin also gives good recommendations!) Alvin is a very accommodating and proactive host. I would love to come back to stay with Alvin again! lastly, Penang is amazing 😍

Where to begin? What an absolutely stunning colonial home in a perfect location. Shawn and co were amazing with communication, the self check-in was well explained and super straightforward. Very easy to find the property too. The house itself is beautiful, plenty of space, very tastefully decorated, and comes equipped with everything you need for your stay. A big bonus is the outside seating area, garden, and wet kitchen area. Lots of nice places to eat nearby, and a very short grab ride to the beach, shopping malls, and Georgetown. Honestly one of the nicest places we’ve stayed during our travels around Malaysia, wouldn’t hesitate to come back here next time we’re in Penang. Thank you so much Shawn for sharing your home, for your professional and timely responses to our questions, and for making the entire stay so easy and relaxing. Absolute 10/10

We took a trip to Penang for a week. We enjoyed our stay here, surrounded with a lot of convenient eateries around us. The unit we stay was well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay there for the week. Host was also very responsive during our stay there despite that we had to ask some stuffs during the midnight, they answered and helped us even though it was midnight.

This homestay was wonderful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Its peaceful location was also very convenient, being near many shops. We highly recommend it.

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The building was lovely - amazing swimming pools, a gym, a room for the children to play and a running track, we were really happy. Everything was a good standard. There were lots of shops and restaurants walkable. And as traffic across Penang always seems slow it was nice to be between the beach and George town. Wendy and Sharon were great hosts, clear instructions, and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The flat was exactly as in the photos, spacious and very comfortable for our stay of 5 weeks. We would absolutely recommend.

We had an overall great experience staying at the Batu Ferringhi apartment in Penang. The apartment was clean, spacious, and came with a beautiful sea view that made our stay truly relaxing. The location was also perfect , close to the beach and local eateries. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. However, we did notice that the pillows had an unpleasant smell, which could be improved for a more comfortable stay. Other than that, everything else was lovely and we would definitely consider returning!

Absolutely loved this place! The view alone made everything well worth it. Watched sunrise and sunset in the comfort of our own space. The street lights at night were so beautiful. The stay was super comfortable as well. Place was spotless and neat. Lots of good food nearly as well. The only I wish we had but didn’t was either a washer or a laundromat on site.

Clean and nice place. Everything matched the photos. Jack is very responsive and friendly. He cares about the well-being of his tenants. Easy entry with the box provided and instructions given. Everything is at the bottom of the residence (bars, restaurants, supermarkets...)
