I offer access to the ski slopes on foot and a heated pool in summer I am ideally located about 1 hour from Annecy, Chamonix or Lake Geneva (Thonon).

In winter the resort offers a beautiful alpine ski area as well as a popular cross-country ski area, all overlooking Mont-Blanc. In summer, Praz de Lys offers a multitude of activities (hiking, walks.)

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

Authentic Savoyard attic completely renovated at 1340 m altitude, next to the Panthiaz slopes, in the "Les Portes du Soleil" area. Fully south-facing, unique view of the valley and the "Dents du Midi". In heavy snow, we provide a shuttle by snowmobile and/or SSV to the first car park accessible to cars. Return to the chalet on skis possible.
