Praz de Lys, Apartment in chalet, ski-in

Apartment of approximately 50 m2 +7 m2 for 5 people in a chalet, ideally located in Praz de Lys. Very quiet and private, ideal with children, the apartment is on the ground floor, it has a garden with private terrace. Exceptional views of the mountains... and Mont Blanc. Ski-in ski-out for the start, and less than 100 m for the return. Shops accessible via pedestrian path. Perfectly equipped, very convenient, plenty of storage, with large laundry room and ski room (7 m2).

Small renovated apartment in the old town

Small apartment of 24m2, just renovated, in the old town of Taninges. Access is via a pedestrian street, quite steep for those who are not used to it, and free parking is available on adjacent streets. Very quiet little Bourg where all the shops are within walking distance: cheese maker, organic store, press, workshops, cafes, restaurants. At the crossroads of the Stations du Grand Massif, Praz de Lys and Porte de Soleil, between 10 in 30 minutes by car.

My apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator access in the old historic village of Taninges and has a shared garden. It was refurbished in 2021. All shops are within walking distance, bakeries, supermarket, organic shop, health center etc... Taninges is located close to the Praz-de-Lys, Les Gets Portes du Soleil, and Morillon Grand Massif ski resorts. In winter, a shuttle a 2-minute walk from the apartment will take you to Praz-de-Lys.

Beautiful apartment built by us, south facing with large terrace, shared outdoor space and unobstructed view of the mountains. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally located 15 minutes from the ski resorts (Les Gets, Le Grand Massif, Praz de Lys), various activities (hiking, tree climbing, swimming pools, rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking...) as well as 50 minutes from the cities (Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva).

Le refuge du grand-père .spa/sauna

Grandfather's refuge is nestled in the mountains at an altitude of 1200 meters, in the charming village of Bonnavaz, close to the famous ski resorts of Les Gets and Praz de Lys-Sommand. The chalet has been completely renovated with taste and is located in a hamlet composed of three chalets and an old chapel, known as the "Chapelle de Notre-Dame du vieux chalet". Below, the Foron river will allow you to cool off during the summer.

Located in a quiet hamlet typical of Haut-Savoyard, you will choose our accommodation for its calm. 10 minutes from Morillon, Grand Massif ski area, 20 minutes from Portes du Soleil and Praz de Lys, it is the ideal location for discovering the surrounding resorts. In summer and winter you can go directly for a walk, towards the lakes or the cliffs of the Cirque du Fer à Cheval by bike or on foot, all on secure paths.

Alpine chalet and HOT TUB for 6 people

Ground floor of an authentic alpine chalet nestled in the heart of a preserved valley, close to the resorts of Les Gets and Praz de Lys. You will appreciate the cozy side of the accommodation, the surrounding nature and the possibility to fully enjoy the outdoor activities around the chalet with family or friends. You will also have private access to the Nordic bath (optional for short stays of less than a week).
