Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. My apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator access in the old historic village of Taninges and has a shared garden. It was refurbished in 2021. All shops are within walking distance, bakeries, supermarket, organic shop, health center etc... Taninges is located close to the Praz-de-Lys, Les Gets Portes du Soleil, and Morillon Grand Massif ski resorts. In winter, a shuttle a 2-minute walk from the apartment will take you to Praz-de-Lys.

Grandfather's refuge is nestled in the mountains at an altitude of 1200 meters, in the charming village of Bonnavaz, close to the famous ski resorts of Les Gets and Praz de Lys-Sommand. The chalet has been completely renovated with taste and is located in a hamlet composed of three chalets and an old chapel, known as the "Chapelle de Notre-Dame du vieux chalet". Below, the Foron river will allow you to cool off during the summer.
