Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Tangalle

Jeewantha is a fabulous host - great communication and very helpful. The villas are very spacious and situated in lovely surroundings. The setting is very peaceful and a nice refuge from the busyness of Weligama. Can highly recommend.

We spent 7 nights in this Villa and left very happy! Beautiful garden and nature, great location. Kavindu was very helpful and response very quickly to any request:) Almost in front of the villa Murphy restaurant has very good food! 👍

The villa was surrounded by beautiful trees, which made it so serene. The host was responsive and very accommodating.

Had a fabulous 4 days at the Puzzle Beach House after an epic 8 day self-drive Tuk Tuk adventure so we were in need of some R and R……and we certainly got it. All the communication with Dale was excellent, informative and accurate and on arrival we were met by Suresh and Udesh, 2 gems who looked after us so well and were fun to interact with. The property is a true beach house, beautifully quirky right on the beach, private and with a lovely pool area and a shower emerging from a coconut tree as you come in from the beach. Suresh’s cooking was a delight and his cooking lesson has inspired us, would that we reach his high standard! Dale’s welcome pack’ was full of really useful information and clearly there is much to do for anyone wishing to be more active-for us a wander along the beach, body boarding (the house has body boards and surfboards), some lovely lunches at locally recommended beach bars and a trip by train into Galle was enough. Thanks Dale, Sabrina, Suresh and Udesh!

Kasun was highly responsive and very friendly; yet allowed us a great deal of privacy, he lives in the adjoining property so was able to assist with any issues. The accommodation is spacious with nice cool plunge pool. There is a train line immediately behind operating only in the day but this didn’t bother us.

We had an awesome time at Rakis. the property was everything we hoped for from the beautiful pool to spacious rooms. It was private and cosy . The chef & all staff were friendly and accomadating ! we will be back

We had very good time in this apartment. Methmal and Renuka are very pleasant and friendly hosts. It is very quiet place with jungle view and cozy beach in 7 minutes by foot. You could eat in nearby cafes or choose food in Uber eats. Also I would like to notify guests with heavy luggage or health problems about steep stairs to second floor.

Eranga is so friendly and helpful. His Airbnb is absolutely stunning and we would Recommend it to anyone considering booking. He arranged whale watching for us and we managed to see baby turtles being hatched on the beach to the front of the Airbnb, he text us straight away telling us it had happened so we could see! Walkable to Sandbanks bar/ cafe and The Doctors House for dinner and drinks. He also gave us the number for a local curry and rice to be delivered to the airbnb on our first night so that we could enjoy the space after travelling there. Eranga has thought of everything! Overall 10/10 experience!
