Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Access to a private, newly built villa near the lake in a quiet wooded area at the end of a cul-de-sac. Lovely by lake view and horizon. Spacious driveway with free charging for an electric car. Large socializing spaces both inside and out on the terrace in all directions. Gas grill on the patio. 80 meters to the barbecue area down by the water and about 400 meters to a large dock with a beach. 4-5 bedrooms, 2x toilets & showers. Beds: sleeping loft 140 cm wide and sofa bed 140 cm wide = 4 beds in total. Associated bed mattresses provide comfortable beds. Small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Dining table and four chairs. Large south-facing patio with table and 4 chairs. Smaller but well-equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and oven. Outdoor grill. WIFI. Bed linens and towels are included.

A large lake is only about 300 meters away as the crow flies. Fishing, swimming, canoeing and boating are possible. Enjoy cozy campfires and barbecue evenings surrounded by nature. We, the owners, also live here in the house opposite with two friendly, large dogs, chickens and goats. A perfect place to switch off and relax!
