Monthly Rentals in Tan Tao

We had a great time visit vietnam and stay at Tu’s place make my trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for who wants to have a peaceful and safe place to stay. We will choose this place again when we visit. Thanks Tu for alway quickly response and helpful.

It was a short stay of two nights and three days, but it was a very satisfying experience. The host, Michel, was very quick to respond to messages and was very helpful. He was also very responsive to our consultation in case our flight on the checkout date was canceled, and was kind enough to let us check in late at night. The security guard and cleaning staff were also very kind and had nice smiles. It was a valuable experience to be able to talk about various things using a translation app. The room was also very clean and spacious. There was no TV, but that was actually what made it an extraordinary day. There was no outlet near the desk, but when I asked Michel, he immediately brought me an extension cord. That was super helpful. There was a church right in front of the window, and it was a good experience to hear the singing of the mass and the sound of the bells. On the other hand, there are ants in the room. It's best not to put too much trash on the floor. The great thing about this hostel is that it is very cost-effective. I was lucky to be able to use a clean and spacious room for that price. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance to go to Ho Chi Minh City!

I booked the Airbnb for my mom’s and uncle’s trip to Vietnam from Canada for a little over a month’s stay. The Airbnb is a great choice in the local area compared to the hotels available. My family enjoyed their stay for the cleanliness, security, laundry washer and of course the air conditioning! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Khanh 's condo is in a good and safe location. it is easy to find a lot of restaurants and food there. The condo is very beautiful. The room is very comfortable , clean, and quiet. Khanh and his wife and his employees are very friendly , honest, and helpful. The price is valuable. The service is very good. I really like and happy to stay there and will go back to stay there again next time . I am very satisfied to stay in Khanh's place. Thank Khanh and his employees for all helps!
