Holiday rentals with a patio in Tampa

It was perfect for our needs. A quick trip with an overnight stay was perfect.

Great listing and will continue to return here when visiting St. Pete/Tampa area. Ramon has been great, and I love the large shower & Murphy style bed.

Just what we needed and centrally located between Tampa Bay and great MTB trails. I only wish the split AC was a bit stronger, but it was not bad. Place was clean and quiet.

Cute place and a great location! Close to the aquarium, restaurants, etc and not too far from the beach either. We really enjoyed eating at Armature Works just down the street! Taylor was easy to get ahold of and always responded quickly.

We had a fantastic stay and cannot wait to return again! Aldo had some awesome recommendations on places to eat, and things to do! Aldo checked in on us several times to see if we needed anything or if he could help us. It was so appreciated being visitors for the first time to the area, and he made us feel very comfortable to ask if we did need anything. Aldo’s place is very cozy and overall it was just such a great experience that we didn’t want to leave. Aldo is a great guy and has a beautiful soul. Will definitely return again and again and again!! :)

I stayed a few nights during the week, so this spot was really affordable and convenient. It is impeccably CLEAN, and the open concept kitchen/living area is really nice and well-stocked. The decorations and linens really make the place stand out like a magazine cover. It’s obvious that they take pride in their property and want their guests to feel at home. I met the cleaning lady on the way out, and she was super friendly and asked how my stay was. I can tell everyone here is super helpful and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Parking was super easy, too. And there’s an IHOP within walking distance the street for those late night pancake runs! Many thanks! I highly recommend.

5 stars! Young Joo’s apartment in downtown Ybor was perfect for our stay. The location is amazing—just steps from all the nightlife, but still quiet enough to relax. The place was super clean, just like the photos, and had all the amenities we needed. Check-in was easy, and communication was smooth the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

The vibes in this place are absolutely on point. The backyard feels like a beautiful relaxing fortress. Grill was in great shape and there was plenty of seating. It's very close to Raymond James Stadium. Only downside of the location is there aren't a ton of nice restaurants around. A quick Uber trip will get you where you want to be, though. Love the plants, decor, the AC is strong, and the kitchen has all the basic cooking tools you'd expect. Will rebook here!

Staying with Jose & Sara was an amazing experience! (Again!) We have stayed at their home previously, and we really enjoyed ourselves. When looking for a home to rent for vacation this time, we were excited to see Jose & Sara’s house! We jumped at the opportunity to rent this perfectly sized home again. Jose & Sara do such a great job of making you feel at home. There were towels folded on the beds and so many extra beach towels for the pool! There was even a little snack tray for us when we arrived. The directions to enter the home were easy to follow. We had one super tiny issue with the coffee pot, & Jose handled it quickly & efficiently. The pool is such a highlight of a perfect home! Perfect size to float around & enjoy the sun. The hot tub felt amazing after a 17 hour drive. You literally feel like you entered paradise, right outside the back door. There is a nice shady area with a fan as well. Charming 2B/2B House – A Perfect Stay! This place was absolutely amazing! John ensures his guests have everything they need for a seamless stay. We had all the essentials while visiting my airman son for his birthday, making the experience even more special. The house itself was charming and impeccably clean. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of entertainment for a family to enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for home-cooked meals, and John even provided beach chairs and an umbrella, making our beach trips effortless. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, this home offered the perfect balance of comfort and tranquility. Parking was plentiful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped stay!

We absolutely LOVED the house! Cozy, inviting, CLEAN! Everything you can ask for! From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard is a dream! Our kiddo loved it and so did we! I would recommend this place to anyone! It is definitely worth it! We hope to return next year!

This was the perfect place for a nice, peaceful long weekend. The house was perfect. Spacious and extremely clean, the pool was perfect and a nice was to relax after a day of outside activities. Love the tv on the back porch. Our last day we fished off the dock then grilled and hung out in the pool while watching a movie. It was so relaxing. Fishing was good as long as you had an outgoing on incoming tide. Caught a variety including trout. Publix and everything else you need is literally a couple miles away, but you are still in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were amazing. I’ve never had host respond as quick as these hosts did. They weee very helpful. The first pan is to stay here again and this time bring a boat with us. I can’t think of one negative thing to say. Everything was perfect!!

We had a really great stay here! The place smelled nice & fresh, had beautiful views, & the bed was pretty comfy! Chris was extremely responsive & communicative. The security guard was nice & the place is very easy to find, with tons of parking. We enjoyed every minute!

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's AirBNB. Simone's property was exactly as described. it's set a ways back in the middle of the property and we experienced little traffic and a quiet atmosphere. It was clean and had all our basic needs for a comfortable stay. The book of suggested things to do and places to eat was super helpful! Im excited to stay again when my travels take me back home to Fla.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

We stayed at Summer's place for 4 nights. It was as described in the posting and she was a fantastic host. She responded quickly and was able to accommodate our requests. The apartment was clean and located in a beautiful area. The pool was located on the waterfront and had beautiful views. We were at the pool every day. The location is somewhat remote (not very walkable) but we knew that going in. There are a few bars/restaurants/stores within a 4 minute drive so still accessible. While the apartment is on the small side it was more than enough space for my wife, son and I. The area is surrounded by water and the apartment has a great balcony with some water views. Unfortunately there are mangroves directly in front of the balcony so the view is somewhat limited. Obviously there is nothing the owner can do about this. Overall we had a great stay at Summer's place and would recommend to others.
