The cottage is very well located, a landscaped private beach in a 5 minutes walk, a large, beautiful protected area of the recreation area, a lot of greenery, flowers. There is a decent dining room. The cottage itself has a wonderful terrace that overlooks a small but beautiful and well-maintained courtyard. The apartment on the first floor is spacious and comfortable for relaxation, everything you need is there. From Larissa, we learned a lot of useful information. Lovely hosts, great place to stay. We plan to come again.

It's a good place to stay. It's close to Issykkul Lake, so it's good for swimming.

The house is completely as described, clean, cozy and very comfortable, two bedrooms large kitchen has all the necessary amenities ,dishwasher, grill, washing machine, hairdryer, towels and bath accessories. I also want to note the host of Pavel's house, he was always in touch and helped us with any questions, told us where to eat on the territory of the recreation center, and even left us a fishing rod for fishing enthusiasts. Our vacation was impeccable, thank you very much.

The apartment was perfect for a three-day vacation in the area. It was directly across from beach access and about a four-block walk from several restaurants. Be mindful, it is on the 4th floor so if you intend to do much drinking this will be a long trip at the end of the night. The host was very helpful to make recommendations and even let us check out a little later than expected. The view is AMAZING. I could not have asked for a better location for my stay.
