very very good value. Loved the heated floors after a long day of skiing or hiking in the mountains. Azat provided very good instructions on how to get in and the location was walkable from the bus station only 10 minutes. other than that the kitchen was great, tons of hot water and many groccery stores nearby a true gem for Karakol.

An amazing place with an incredible natural environment! The house is comfortable and cozy. On the territory of the complex there is an apricot garden, which you can enjoy eating after swimming in Issyk-Kul))) Clean and sparsely populated beach a minute walk from the house. The service is responsive and attentive, it was a pleasure to interact. Always available, help with the organization of leisure, cook delicious trout on the grill. It's a pity that we came only for the weekend, next time we will come to you for a longer period of time. Thank you for being hospitable!

We had an excellent experience with the furnished villa; the owner is not only communicative and cooperative but also kind and accommodating. The villa is top-notch and elegant, offering any amenity we needed. Its vast agricultural background, along with features like a sauna and indoor swimming pool, make it stand out as one of the finest residences I've visited. However, addressing issues related to water supply and hot water interruptions during winter would make it the perfect villa in this area.

Lovely apartment, beautifully presented, central to everything. Supermarket and markets nearby, walking distance to a lot of interesting places. We stayed two nights and would have loved to stay longer.

A very idyllic accommodation! The cabin is a little away from the village, right on the shore. It's hard to believe it's equipped with high-speed internet, underfloor heating, and hot water. This makes the stay very comfortable. The place is in the upper area of the house, downstairs the host lives. The balcony and view on the lake are of course fantastic. The property on which the cabin itself is located is not very nice, as apparently several such houses are to be built next to it and correspondingly is currently quite a lot of construction site:D Important sights of the south shore are also close. So for a relaxing trip to the lake and the surrounding mountains, we can fully recommend the accommodation.

The apartment is small, but very cozy and comfortable. The design is very well thought through and it has everything you may need for your stay. The only downside is poor internet, but seems to be the general issue of the region and not the particular place. If you need it for work I’d recommend having a mobile one as back up. The community itself is one of the best on Issyk-Kul with nice territory, good restaurants and kids playgrounds. We really enjoyed our time there.

Loved our stay at the yurt camp. Aijamal and staff have been very helpful from the beginning of our stay until the end. We didn’t book a car and going and leaving the yurt is challenging due to its road and the location. But Aijamal and the staff helped us in booking all the time, which we really appreciate! The food and the place were amazing.

Nice and tidy welcome in the nice neighborhood. We were satisfied with everything!)

Anton was an incredible host and his place was perfect for our family. We were so comfortable and look forward to coming back in the summer.
