Villa Anschütz apartment

In the state-approved resort of Zella-Mehlis, we have converted the attic of the "Villa Anschütz" into a cozy apartment with a lot of love for detail. The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen. The view of the over 100-year-old beech and the ancient rhododendron bushes - almost trees - in the garden is breathtaking. The original beams of the roof structure, illuminated with warm light, make the apartment particularly cozy.

Lovingly furnished apartment for rent in the heart of the Thuringian Forest. Whether for sports enthusiasts, MT bikers, biathletes, hikers, culture lovers or city travelers - versatile destinations are only a few kilometers away. Oberhof, Meiningen, Schmalkalden, Suhl, Eisenach or Erfurt offer just the right thing for every holidaymaker. You live on the first floor, have a cozy living-dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. 65 square meters to relax and feel good.

Construction trailer in Leina

The accommodation is a construction trailer of about 210 cm by 360 cm in size. It is located in the garden behind my house and has a wonderful view of the Thuringian Forest. Water and electricity are available but only for simple use (solar shower) No kitchen or cooking facilities.... In the trailer there is a bed of 140 cm by 200 cm which can be folded down at night. Otherwise, there are two benches with a table and shelf. In the garden, there is a dry toilet.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use these, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you are welcome to use in the summer.
