Wonderful newly built house in Costa Brava

New house (2020) of 225m2 with a 2000 m2 garden and swimming pool, in the medieval village of Llofriu. Very bright. Large windows that make nature seep in on all sides, you always see green. The rooms have a separate exit to the garden. Great porch with wonderful views. Rear exit directly to the village and at the same time you are quiet and independent. Very well located house to visit beaches, bike routes etc. Ideal for families. Perfect for winter too.
