Feel at home in our holiday apartment with a unique and exclusive ambiance. We offer our Bel Étage apartment in the historic watchtower, about 200 sqm, located on the second floor. It has two large master bedrooms (180x200 & 200x200) in a suite style, where baby cots can be added, plus two approximately 24 sqm bedrooms with a kingsize bed (180x200) and a large single bed (120x200). Additionally, there is a large kitchen, an exclusive bathroom, a living and dining room, and a fantastic view. With the long table for 12 adults 2 Childrens Chairs, you have the option to dine together when booking BOTH holiday apartments. We provide children’s games, puzzles, Duplo, Lego, books, play kitchen, doll strawler and balance bikes suitable for different ages outdoors. In the courtyard, there is a lounge, long table up to 14 Persons, a gas BBQ, and a fire bowl for warm evenings. The park can also be used, where the playhouse with slide, sandpit, and trampoline are available. Our newly designed kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove with induction hob, and oven.

Hello dear guests, The apartment is on the ground floor and connected via an internal staircase to the 1st floor in the beautiful Rhönblick district of Bettenhausen. You have privacy with two fully equipped apartments with towels and sanitary supplies. There is also a large garden and parking in front of the house. Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.

But also there are bus lines which opperate in different directions as well as right into the heart of the hiking area.

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms.
