Romantic forest cottage in the Erzgebirge with a wild magic garden, located directly on the edge of the forest with a view of the Zschopautal. The house is surrounded by untouched nature and lovingly furnished in the Scandinavian style. From the large terrace, you have a wonderful view of the Zschopautal. Behind it rise the hills of the Erzgebirge, which you can hike from the house. The Erzgebirgsbahn takes you to well-known places in the Erzgebirge, such as Wolkenstein, Annaberg and Oberwiesenthal.

The apartment is small but nicely furnished and is located on the Sonnenberg of Chemnitz. Nearby is a large shopping mall (SachsenAllee), as well as some shops. The main train station is about a 10-minute walk. A bus stop is about 2 minutes' walking distance. In front of the house is a small park with playground. Free parking, if available, is possible in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. Downtown is about 20 minutes' walk.

The terrace and romantic garden invite you to have breakfast, barbecue and chill. For the storage of ebikes or the like, the Garage at your disposal.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

The living room is furnished with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat screen TV, WiFi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full extra bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.

A soapstone oven for winter as well as a small terrace in summer bring you into the deserved feel-good mode. There is space for 3 people.
