Monthly Rentals in Tallahassee

The house was very nice! Shannon was a great host and gave us all the info we needed. The instructions for getting in were clear, and everything we needed. The house was everything we needed. Plenty of room for our party of 6, and was very clean and cozy. We are from the country and it reminds us of home. We passed through on our way back to the mountains from Florida, and would do so again! I should say (and this was not in Shannon’s list of recommended places) avoid the BBQ place nearby. It was NOT good. We should have gone with the recommendations!

Rhonda is a wonderful host. She prioritizes clear communication and the safety of her guests. Following the hurricane she was very prompt in updating me to any potential hazards that existed I placed my safety above anything else. If I am ever in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to stay at her property again.

I really enjoyed my stay. Perfectly cozy. Simple and to the point, but not spartan. Very comfortable, exactly what I needed, when I needed it, and at a very good price. An excellent host, who’s very kind and helpful. Cant recommend this place enough.
