Ms. Agnes was very responsive and Ate Marie, the caretaker was also very welcoming and nice. The house was also super clean and very homey. The rooms, pool area and bathroom were spotless. You won’t feel ick even if you walk barefoot. My friends also complimented the place. Perfect place for a small group. Will definitely recommend this to others 😊

Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

Reservation: It was a breeze. Ms Raq is very considerate specially that she knew about my in-laws coming with us so she transferred us to a room with 2 beds. Checking-In: Ms Raq greeted us in the reception area, helped us process the check-in and guide us on what to do afterwards. Room: Ms Jackie (comrade of Ms Raq) welcomed us in the condo unit and turned over the keys. The place is located facing the road and nearer the beach and parking. The room has 2 beds with extra foldable bed. Complete kitchen utensils. Pico De Loro Facilities: The beach and pool is great. There's a carousel that you can ride for free and around the place. There are restaurants and recreational area for the guest to enjoy.

Nice place to stay

Place was better than we expected for a group of 15 pax. We especially enjoyed the big pool area and the cozy living room. The kitchen and dining was spacious as well with a 12 seater table. Being surrounded by the garden was very peaceful and they even had zen music playing in the gardens. Really relaxing. Our group enjoyed a lot.

Jen was very accommodating and considerate to our requests. It was a pleasure to meet kuya Diony as well. The house is beautiful, spacious and cozy. Highly recommended to family and friends! 🙏🙏🙏

We truly appreciate the location very accessible, everything is within the area, from food to commodities, sightings to other activities, highy recommendable. The house is great, really a complete package for a group or family staycation. Wifi is fast and amenities are beyond expectations. The host is very accommodating and true...very responsive and kind. The kitchen is a equiped with complete appliances and utensils, making it super easy to whip up your favorite meals. And no worries about sleeping arrangements; the bedrooms are perfectly sized for the number of guests. Plus, they've got all the great amenities you could ask for, like awesome sounds and reliable Wi-Fi. Seriously, every detail just makes your stay so enjoyable. You'll leave feeling happy and refreshed!

Booked this place as our prep area for our wedding day. Cristina was very accomodating in allowing our friends, family and suppliers to come and go as the day progressed. I highly recommend this place. Great for family and friends' outing.

Great place to stay and relax. Staff are very friendly, approachable. Top notch customer service. Elmira is responsive and helpful. Wifi is just not that reliable but no biggie. Location is a bit too far from tagaytay proper but all good. Overall experience in our stay is excellent. Will definitely book this place again. ❤️

Decent place, affordable parking.

It was very clean and the view outside was very pleasant to look at. The place was actually very comfortable to sleep at. The amenities listed there were complete and there were no troubles with the appliances & also the bathroom.

The place is clean, with wifi, some complementaries, and has a great view of Taal. The host and his sister are very accommodating and answered our inquiries timely. Overall, a very nice stay.

Ms. Noemi's place is wonderful. The interior is up-to-date with aesthetic ambiance. It has everything you need while staying. She's a generous host. An easy 100/10. 🤍

The location was great, near to popular restaurants and cafe. Easy to navigate since it’s along the main highway of Tagaytay. Bed and pillows are the top highlight of our stay, they’re comfortable and clean. There are a lot of pillows available plus there’s a fan. The free dedicated parking slot is also a big plus! Unit is almost complete with amenities that you need for a short stay, such as kitchen utensils, microwave, ref, coffee maker and rice cooker. Wi-Fi is pretty fast too. We wasn’t able to use the Netflix as the remote was having a problem during our stay, but not a big deal. Only cons would be the unit is not soundproofed, you can hear the chitchats of the people next door. Overall we enjoyed our stay with Marichu’s place. Her co-host and their caretaker, Mark, were responsive and polite.
