Created in 2024 in the former Jules Ferry school from 1907, this 120 m² duplex loft has a living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a master suite with a bathroom, a separate toilet, and an open office space that can accommodate a child (extra bed). This unique & tranquil vineyard self-catering cabin (with aircon!) is the perfect way to escape the hustle & bustle of everyday life. Slow down & unwind at this private & tranquil getaway. The cabin flanks the vines on one side & young olive trees on the other. Relax on the private terrace & take in its views over the landscape, read, write, draw, stroll through the abundant vines & woodlands, or simply be still & enjoy! We have three cabins on the property - Argile, Calcaire & Sable.

This authentic wine cellar located in the heart of the northern Médoc, 17 km from the beaches, offers an atypical living space of 800 m2 containing our home and a 215 m2 cottage. You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a shower room and separate toilet, a huge living room with equipped kitchen. Finally, separating you from our home, you will find a game room with an American pool table and… A skate bowl! Bikes and surfboards can also be provided.
