Enjoy tranquility in this serene neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown with easy freeway access. Lots of shopping & eats are within a few minutes' drive. This is a 2-story 1150 sqft back house on a 1/2 acre, with a saltwater pool, kids swingset & Free WiFi. Amenities: full kitchen, full bath, laundry rm, living rm with 60" smart tv, an extra large 600sqft upstairs bedroom with a 55" smart tv. Bedroom has 2 queen beds w/ memory foam tops. Living rm has a pull out queen bed. Sorry no parties.

Our stay here was almost perfect. Was easy to get in to, clean, nicely decorated and thought of just about everything. Candace was responsive, pleasant and easy to talk to. It was comfortable in almost all ways. I guess if I had to mention any drawbacks, it would be lack of cooking area/ counter space. Because of the suite size, there was no place for a counter of any sort. There was an electric cooktop but we never had opportunity to use it. We had a mini-fridge with microwave on top of it plus all supplies to cook and eat but that opportunity never presented itself during this stay. However, had it presented itself, it would have been a challenge. So, if your plan is to visit Bakersfield and cook for yourself, you may want to contact Candace to ensure what you want to do is possible. There was no table in the suite so eating would have been on your lap or outdoors in her very nice patio area (it was 105 degrees the day we left). Overall it was a nice stay and would stay there again.

Loved their hospitality felt like home. I was very comfortable. They respond very quickly. Nice and quiet area. Close to a lot of restaurants nearby they also recommend you some best spots nearby. EV charging was a plus. The room and bed super comfy. And had a lot of charger connections just in case you forgot any. I loved it so much a rebooked for next month.

Stare da Maurenn significa stare a casa. Sembra di essere andati a trovare una tua cara zia. Una persona gentile e disponibile ad aiutarti sempre. La casa è molto grande e gli spazi ci sono. Molto tranquillo anche di notte, zona silenziosa. Abbiamo potuto lavare ed asciugare i nostri abiti ed utilizzare la cucina che era a nostra disposizione. Bagno in camera, acqua potabile a disposizione e caffè e latte inclusi per la colazione. Consigliato al 100%
